A: Stop eating all sugars, both natural and refined. They are part of many foods like fruits, milk, wheat and alcohol.
Sugars are different than carbohydrates and upset metabolism of adipose fat.
Good protein sources: seaweed, spirulina, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, chlorella, eggs.
Good carbohydrates: buckwheat, potatoes, corn, rice, seaweed, beans.
Seeds and nuts can supply you some vitamins. Psyllium for fiber.
Use natural antibacterial stuff like garlic, oregano, chillies, pepper, mustard etc.
