Counting calories – how much is to much?

Q: Counting calories – how much is to much? Most commonly, I see 1200, 1500 and 1800 calories thrown around a lot, but have seen as low as 1000 and as high as 2200.
A: 1200 or as low as 1000 kcal/day is good to start with in dieting for weight loss.
Don’t have to exercise at all to lose all weight excess.
Overweight people have a BLOCK of FAT BURNING.
Unless that is unlocked, they accumulate weight gradually.
0 sugar diet (both natural and refined sugars are zeroed)
removes the BLOCK of FAT BURNING.
It works for everybody if STRICTLY applied. No ifs or buts.
No smuggling sugars under any disguise. No trying to reward
yourself once a week with piece of sugar laced chocolate.
NOTE: the advise in this blog applies to overweight person/s struggling in finding diet that works.
0 sugar diet works well.
